A short intake form starts things off, optional, but recommended.

I spend up to 30 minutes reviewing your project beforehand, so the 60 minutes we have together goes straight to what matters.

We can cover space planning, how a room best functions, fixtures, and finishes, review cabinet drawings, project sequence, and budgeting.

Virtual means the same depth with more convenience. Join from home, the office, or the project site itself, and if a visual helps our discussion, we'll screen share and look at it together.

the In-Person Design consultation

Some decisions are best made standing in the space. Together, we judge colors, finishes and layout in your actual light, alongside your floors, cabinetry and architecture.

We can also cover furniture placement and general selections, lighting, window coverings and styling direction, with recommendations given during the visit.

Before we meet, a brief intake form shares your address, the rooms we'll focus on, and an idea of what you'd like to decide during our time together.

Need more time, or guidance at showrooms? The Design Day with Kim offers four hours together.

A full day of momentum and creating solutions with you

Some projects move faster with someone physically in the room. We'll walk the space, pull swatches and samples side by side, and make the decisions that are more challenging, or impossible, when meeting virtually.

Depending on what you project needs, we may visit a showroom, stop at a retailer, review bids or materials, and/or place a few key pieces in the space. Whatever moves things forward that day is what we will tackle.

By the end, you'll have key decisions made.

An optional short intake form will help me familiarize myself with your project and arrive better prepared to be most helpful.

Full design services

For projects that call for more than consulting, my full design services guide your Las Vegas spaces from concept to completion with the utmost attention to detail. Every project is customized, allowing for a deeper, more considered approach, one that fits you, your needs, the architecture of the space and the emotion we want to achieve within its walls.

This may include design intent drawings, such as space plans, renderings and detailed elevations. I will source the finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that bring your spaces to life, functionally and aesthetically, and I personally manage the process through to the installation of the final touches.
